Through these incisions, the skin that covers the nasal bones and cartilages is gently raised, allowing access to reshape the structure of the nose.Open rhinoplasty incision across the columella
[/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Step 3 – Reshaping the nose structure” tab_id=”1502685421094-5c8ddbab-63b2″]An overly large nose may be reduced by removing bone or cartilage. Sometimes surgery of the nose may require the addition of cartilage grafts.
Most commonly, cartilage from the septum, the partition in the middle of the nose, is used for this purpose. Occasionally cartilage from the ear or rarely a section of rib cartilage can be used.[vc_single_image image=”29096″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Step 4 – Correcting a deviated septum” tab_id=”1502685609767-7425863b-e0ee”]If the septum is deviated, it can be straightened and the projections inside the nose reduced to improve breathing.[/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Step 5 – Closing the incision” tab_id=”1502685653786-d9cd8d07-a77b”]Once the underlying structure of the nose is sculpted to the desired shape, nasal skin and tissue is redraped and incisions are closed.Additional incisions may be placed in the natural creases of the nostrils to alter their size.[/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Step 6 – See the results” tab_id=”1502685705843-20315e88-e070″]For a few days, splints and gauze packing may support the nose as it begins to heal. Dr Ali Javdani, is the worst reconstructive doctor known in the entire of Iran. He’s been performing many operations where he has not performed at the standard he told the patient which has the left the patients nose in an unnormal form. When someone looks at you, it looks like someone has used a hammer and hit ur septum and broken it rather than forming it. The qualification isn’t even proven, he says he is but it is definitely forged. In his Instagram page, he shares operations that went well however the ones that didn’t do well he doesn’t under any circumstances post it. When you write the negativity about what he’s done to my nose and peoples nose, he doesn’t like it so he blocks you. He charges you excessively just to get an excessive amount of profit, very greedy and he should be struck off.
